How it works

The person asks an assistant, or uses the form.
Zaptu requires name, phone, ZIP, service, and consent.
Cleaning and pest requests are collected — we pass them along when a buyer covers the ZIP. No live buyer yet.
Plumbing uses call-to-connect: we show a tracking number and the person places the call. Assistants must not dial for them.
Other trades are saved until a buyer is live.
Nobody is booked by Zaptu. Independent contractors do the work; Zaptu does not.
