Terms of service
Last updated: November 2, 2026. Zaptu is operated by Construction Irish LLC dba Zaptu ("Zaptu"). These terms cover zaptu.ai, the Zaptu API at api.zaptu.ai, and the Zaptu tools that AI assistants use. By sending a request or using the API, you agree to them.
What Zaptu does
Zaptu is a referral service. It takes a person's contact request for a home service, such as plumbing, house cleaning or pest control, and passes it to independent third-party service providers and lead networks, including Polyares and its service-provider partners.
Zaptu does not perform plumbing, cleaning, pest control or any other home-service work. Zaptu does not employ the providers, does not send a named company, and is not part of any agreement between you and a provider.
A request is not a booking
Sending a request does not book an appointment. No callback, visit, arrival time or price is promised. Whether anyone follows up depends on whether a participating provider covers your ZIP code. You and the provider agree on the work, the timing and any costs directly.
Consent to be contacted
When you send a request and check the consent box, you agree that Zaptu may share your details with Polyares and its service-provider partners, and that Polyares, those partners, or Zaptu may call or text about this request. The details shared are the ones on the request: name, phone, ZIP, service type, optional notes and your consent. Do not submit a request if you do not want a call or text.
Some pages show a request form run by Polyares. A request sent with that form goes straight to Polyares and its service-provider partners, and their own terms and privacy notices also apply to it.

Your responsibilities
- Send requests only for yourself, or for someone who has asked you to, with a phone number you are allowed to use.
- Give accurate details. Requests are for US residential homes.
- Check that any provider you hire has the license and insurance the work requires, and agree on the work and costs with them before it starts.
- In an emergency, such as a gas smell or a fire, leave the building and call 911 or your utility first. Zaptu is not an emergency service.
AI assistants and the API
An AI assistant or other software may send a request through the Zaptu API or Zaptu tools only for a person who asked for it and who agreed to be contacted on the terms above. Software must not send fake, test or bulk requests to the live API (use the dry-run option to test), and must not use Zaptu to collect or resell other people's details.
No warranty and limits
The site, the API and the tools are provided as they are. Providers are independent, and Zaptu does not warrant or stand behind their work, conduct, prices or timing. To the extent the law allows, Zaptu is not liable for any loss arising from a provider's work or from use of the site, the API or the tools.
